All notary fees are set in accordance with Texas law. Travel and convenience fees for mobile notary services are not regulated by the State of Texas and are disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
Standard Texas Notary Fees

Mobile Notary Travel Fees
Travel fee option: $30 base travel fee plus $1 per mile after 10 miles.
(Mileage will be determined using Waze)

Some appointments may require extra time or special accommodations, while many do not. If any additional fees apply to your appointment, they will always be clearly explained and agreed upon in advance—no surprises.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
